Old Faithful Inn, Other Facilities Close for the 2017 Summer Season

The Old Faithful Inn, Canyon Lodge and Cabins and the Yellowstone Lake Hotel have closed for the 2017 summer season in Yellowstone National Park.

The closure in Canyon and Lake includes all the restaurants (M66 Grill, Ice Creamery, etc.) associated with the Lodge and Hotel.

Both facilities will be closed until next spring, when we start getting ready for the 2018 summer season.

Also bear in mind that the Dunraven Pass between Tower and Canyon is slated to close October 10.

Besides Old Faithful Inn and Canyon Lodge, the following facilities have closed as well:

Canyon Village

• Canyon General Store.
• Canyon Gift Shop.

Fishing Bridge

• Fishing Bridge Visitor Center

Grant Village

• Grant Village Visitor Center.

Madison Junction

• Madison Information Station.

Norris

• Norris Geyser Basin Museum & Information Station.

Old Faithful

• Service Station (Lower).
• Wrecker Service.

West Thumb

• West Thumb Information Station.
