Several roads have been temporarily closed to travel around Yellowstone National Park.
According to a Yellowstone press release, the road between Mammoth Hot Springs and Tower-Roosevelt has been closed to all travel. During the winter season, this road stays open to wheeled vehicle traffic.
In addition, the Hayden Valley has been closed to public oversnow travel.
The news comes after the Sylvan Pass was temporarily closed due to avalanche danger.
