Road Between Canyon and North Rim Drive Has Reopened

The road between Canyon Junction and the North Rim Drive is once again open following a water line repair.

The road was shut down Monday, October 16, preventing southbound visitors from reaching Canyon from Fishing Bridge.

Northbound visitors, however, were able to make a detour.

A reminder that all interior Yellowstone roads (besides the North/Northeast Entrance road, which stays open year-round) are slated to close November 6, 2017, in preparation for the winter season.
