First off: all the roads in the Park are accessible, with the opening of the Dunraven Pass last weekend. The light snowpack this past winter had one benefit for Yellowstone visitors: all roads were open well before the Memorial Day weekend.

Despite what you’d think, not every service or facility is open yet for the season. Here’s a look at each area and what’s actually open.
Canyon Village: The Canyon service station and General Store are open. Other facilities — the Lodge, Dining Room, Gift Shop, Cafeteria and Campground — do not open until June 4.
Fishing Bridge: All facilities are open.
Grant Village: Lodging, service-station, Grant Village Dining Room and store facilities are open. The Lake House Restaurant does not open until June 18, and the Grant Village Campground doesn’t open until June 21.
Lake: All facilities and restaurants at the Lake Yellowstone Hotel are open. The Lake General Store does not open until June 4, while the Lake Lodge facilities (cabin and cafeteria) open June 10.
Mammoth: All facilities, including stores and the riding corral, are open.
Old Faithful: All facilities, including lodging, stores, restaurants and service stations, are open.
Tower/Roosevelt: The Tower General Store is open. The Tower Junction Service Station opens June 4. The Roosevelt Lodge opens June 11.
Finally: all the visitor centers will be open; most opened Wednesday.
