The group, which includes federal officials as well as representatives from Montana, Idaho and Wyoming, will specifically discuss the need for a new management plan after U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy returned Yellowstone-region grizzlies to the federal endangered list, ruling that the previous plan didn’t adequately protect the 600 or so grizzlies in the region.
