The National Park Service has extended the public comment period for a proposed fee hike in over a dozen national parks including Yellowstone and Grand Teton.

Visitors to America’s oldest national park will see Yellowstone fee hikes starting on June 1, as an increase in entrance charges will fund important resource protection and visitor facility projects within the park, according to the National Park Service.

The public comment period regarding potential Yellowstone fee hikes has been extended through December 20, as proposed changes for 2015 are still under consideration.
